What this app is
The App is not a public product or service. It is a private, internal tool built and used solely by Peter Dredge to connect his own Google accounts (at Devise and Planet Shapers) to Claude, allowing Claude to read and manage email, calendar, and file data on his behalf, at his direction.
What data the app accesses
When authorized, the App may access the following Google account data, using the Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms APIs: email messages, labels, and filters (Gmail); calendar events (Google Calendar); and files and folders (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
How this data is used
Data accessed through the App is used exclusively to carry out tasks requested directly by the account owner (e.g. searching email, organizing labels and filters, drafting or reading documents). All actions are performed at the explicit direction of the account owner during an active session.
Data sharing
Data accessed through the App is not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to train any AI model beyond assisting with the account owner’s own requested tasks in the moment.
Data storage
Authentication tokens used by the App are stored locally, on infrastructure controlled by the account owner, and are not transmitted to or stored by any third party other than Google (for authentication) and Anthropic (as the AI service provider carrying out the account owner’s requests).
Who can use this app
This app is intended for use only by its owner, Peter Dredge, across his own Google accounts. It is not intended for use by the general public.
