Peter Dredge, Managing Director & Executive Producer


If you do actually read the rest of his bio you’ll appreciate why he has a truly unique blend of corporate and creative skills.

Peter began his working life in the finance sector, working for Credit Suisse, CBA, Citibank and Goldman Sachs, both in Australia and in the UK.

He made the move into media as a founding shareholder in Ethical Investor magazine and then as a radio producer at the ABC. From 2002, Peter worked as a freelance television producer across a range of genres from children’s programming, documentary through to reality television. He was also published in Bulletin magazine.

Perhaps surprisingly, he holds a Bachelor of Laws, a post graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and has completed a range of Change Management subjects through the Australian Graduate School of Management.

In 2009 Peter established Screentime Communications, a specialist division of Screentime, the award winning television production company.

Then in 2013, after three and a half great years he thought the time was right to establish his own agency.

Peter has worked for a diverse range of clients including QBE, NSW Government, Cover-More, Infrastructure NSW, Suncorp, City of Sydney, Allianz, Westpac, Eyecare Plus, and Telstra and NBN Co.

It’s Peter’s unique background, with a blend of corporate and media skills, that allows Peter to serve his clients so well. He understands the complexity of their businesses and can translate their messages into clear communications.

Damian Morgan, Strategy/Creative & Executive Producer


Damian is a marketing strategist and creative director.

For the past 15 years he has developed strategies and campaigns for companies such as Fairfax, Rio Tinto, Meat and Livestock Australia, IAG, News Corp, Eyecare Plus and several government departments.

He began his working life as a performance poet. For 2 years he was ‘resident poet’ for ABC Grandstand, Fox Sports and Triple M, where we performed weekly poetic tributes and satire to entertain national audiences on television, radio and at corporate events.

He moved into current affairs broadcasting, hosted the drive program on 2CC in Canberra, and later the Summer Breakfast Show on 4BC, Brisbane. He reported on business affairs for Fairfax for a decade, and was executive producer of the 4BC breakfast show for 5 years.

Born and raised on a cattle and grain farm on the western downs of Queensland, he has a deep understanding of rural Australia. He has served as director for the Queensland Government Rural and Regional Adjustment Authority and as Vice President of the Royal National Agricultural Society’s Future Directions Committee.

He has a business degree, an MBA and post graduate qualifications from the Australian Film Television and Radio School.


Peter Robey, Executive Producer


Peter is a specialist science communicator combined with logistics and creative expertise. Peter has worked extensively in the areas of science and agriculture. Recently Peter has completed a large body of work with CSIRO, producing 75% of its videos, as he worked alongside Australia’s leading scientists. Seeing first hand the research and technologies that Australian scientists are developing has given Peter a unique insight into current scientific trends. Agriculture and science continue to be a major direction for his work.

From 1998, Peter specialised as an industrial commercial photographer on national campaigns including been preferred supplier for 3 years on contracts with MLA and MSA and CSIRO. Peter has extensive experience working with federal government departments, including being invited to be the official photographer at 4 CHOGM’s and is the only photographer to be inducted into every major Australian infrastructure project over $500mill in the past 15yrs.

Recently, Peter completed the video component of a $4billion project for a financial services client, filming in Australia and overseas. This involved developing the entire due diligence data pack in video media form, prior to the clients invest. Peter’s role covered all producing, scripting, crew and talent co-ordination, including drone operators across 20 North American sites.

Peter is now working with this same client on video projects associated with their recent agricultural investment, positioning them as Australia’s largest beef producer becoming the Australia’s second largest land holder.
